Cooking time: 30 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 20 grams of raisins
- 20 grams of Medjool dates
- 15 grams of brewer's yeast
- 4 grams of onion powder
- 30 grams of Dijon mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
- 20 grams of low-salt soy sauce or tamari
- 80 grams of balsamic vinegar of Modena (without added sugar).
PREPARATION:
- Put enough water in a bowl to soak the dried fruit, heat it in the microwave and add the chopped raisins and dates. Let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes.
- After resting, drain the fruit, reserving the water and put it in the blender, add the brewer's yeast, onion powder and Dijon mustard. Peel the garlic clove and add it chopped.
- Also add the soy sauce, the balsamic vinegar from Modena and approximately 20 grams of the water from soaking the raisins. Blend until all the ingredients are blended and combined, and taste to see if you want to adjust. You can soften it with a little more soaking water, or give it a sweeter touch, for this you can add more dates or a little honey.
- Pour this balsamic dressing into a sauce boat or jar with a lid so you can have it ready to use whenever you want.
